After unboxing, you can use the grinder directly. Simply plug it in,
set the appropriate grind size, pour in the desired amount of coffee beans, start the grinder, brew your coffee, and enjoy a delicious cup.
The Femobook grinder can be disassembled and cleaned without any tools.
You can use the included brush and air blower for daily cleaning. It is recommended to disassemble the grinder and thoroughly clean it once a month to maintain grinding performance and prolong its lifespan.
Please note that you should not use water, oil or any other liquids to clean the grinder.
Additionally, you can disassemble the burr girnder for deep cleaning without the need for any tools. To learn how to perform a thorough cleaning of the burr grinder, please watch the following video.

The A3/A4/A5 models use 10C 18650 rechargeable lithium batteries*3.
As portable electric coffee grinders, they can be used approximately 40-50 times on a full charge (depending on the coffee beans and local environment).
These grinders charge via Type-C cable. Currently, the product does not support charging with dual Type-C chargers and cables. We recommend using a USB-A charger along with the provided USB-A to Type-C charging cable for charging purposes.

One-year warranty from the purchase date.
Only under normal use in accordance with the instructions, if the product fails abnormally, the warranty service is provided.
The burr set is a consumable item and is not covered by the warranty.
Any of the following situations will result in product failure or damage, and will not be able to provide warranty services.
1. Product failure caused by operation and use not in accordance with the instructions.
2. Product failure caused by force majeure.
3. Product failure caused by unauthorized disassembly of the main unit or burr holder.
4. Product failure caused by unauthorized modification or use of non-company accessories.
Please note that if you purchase our products in Taiwan and require repairs within the warranty period for delivery outside the country, we will charge shipping fees.
